S.C.I.P.’s consist of a recycled expanded polystyrene foam insulation core enclosed using recycled 3/16” reinforced steel while integrating a “W” truss system for each panel produced. Once installed, these panels and structural beams are encased using pneumatically applied fiber reinforced 4000+ psi rated concrete similar to shot Crete. An additive called "Kalmatron" is blended into the mix to achieve a virtual waterproof system as well as adding strength.
