A“Smart Room”™ is included into the design concept of each Smart Living Home as part of the garage area. It is designed not to take any space out of the garage area, but to have a completely separate room. This separate room is designed to contain all of the home’s mechanical systems and can be used to set-up a high-tech monitoring system to control all of the home’s mechanical and security systems from a laptop or PDA phone from anywhere in the world.

The “Smart Room”™ will be designed to have some extra space for future technologies to be implemented. As the green movement grows and we become more aware of better energy efficient and environmentally friendly technologies, these new technologies can be implemented easily in the free space provided from our design.

In these smart rooms will contain the most energy efficient and environmentally friendly water heaters, HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical systems and water saving devices that will help reduce the carbon footprint of each individual and help save energy for the future. Each electrical system will be connected to a solar system that will help produce all the energy needed for that particular house or structure and will help heat the water used.
